This word-picture says it all… (although I dont agree with the ‘pretty’ part) so there are pretty ladies and then beautiful ladies?? Nawww. EVERY WOMAN IS BEAUTIFUL. If you don’t agree then you can be pretty but I’ll stay beautiful if you dont mind.
I’ve heard it all. ‘You’re really pretty’… Even em swearers dey sef ‘I swear you’re cute’😩… seriously bros… ‘ you’re fine sha’ 😒…i be like ( you will be ‘fine’ in Jesus name😆😑)… someone even said he saw me as clean once!!!! Oh yes,  he actually said CLEAN!…
These young fellas think they can just throw a few words around and get you swooning. Especially the ones you meet online… Eesh😒… (dating girls dont know the struggle)…
Guys. They never want to know anything about you. Who you are hardly interests them. Its what you can offer. How you can make them happy. A guy once told me he likes chatting with me cos ‘im like the funniest girl he’s ever met and if he’s in a bad mood,  he can count on me to make him laugh’- His words- I deleted his ass right away… and that is where you’ll see some girls be like ‘ahan,  he was just complimenting you’. Biko i beg to differ. Am i a comedienne?
It is up to us ladies to know our worth and set the boundaries. It is not until a guy stands you up at a restaurant or playfully disses you in front of his friend that you realise he doesnt respect you.
It is my belief that men are genetically wired to hold no esteem for any woman except from their mothers and sisters. Yes! Kill me! Its what I’ve seen.
Disrespect is so very disguised that some ladies dont even see it.
Why do you want to know if i sleep naked?  Wouldnt you rather ask if I’d like to go shopping with you? 😆
We be playing truth or dare and the first question you ask is ‘tell me about your first time… ahan,  uncle fear God’. Right from the guy who calls you cute to the guy who is ‘;)wondering what you guys can do to quell this boredom’… its all disrespect.
Whew. There’s so much to say on this matter mehn but its Monday and very unfortunately,  I have work to get to. Point is,  ladies deserve more respect and if you aint getting it,  demand it.
No man tells me ‘i think i like you sha’ and gets encouragement from me. The other day this agbaya brother visited me and I’m like oya lets talk ‘what do you feel about me? ‘ and he’s like ‘i don’t want to tell you,  I want to show you and uncle wants to lean in for a kiss.😨:o😒:( Ha!  Modaran! When did shagging become the new ‘I like you’?…. these my eyes have seen and my ear don cut…. but its all good. Im an optimist. One day,  someday😌:)💏💕
Anyways,  lemme say before i leave,  this is not for all guys. Some guys are actually different. There’s just so much stereotypically engineered way of thinking in most guys,  but not all guys though before you people coman eat me whole😄.
